Images - Images refers to all Photographs of plants and such alike and all screen shots of the Complete Gardens CD-Rom. This does not include images/ logos that refer to or are copyright owned by external companies, organisations, or individuals.

Screen shot - This is an image taken of the software during its use to see what it looks like and what features it posses'.

Submission - To send us information in any form by any means available.

Submitted - Information in any form that you have sent to us by any means available.

You - refers to the customer who buys the CD-Rom or anyone who visits the website, browses the website and whom ever has submitted information to us in any form by any means available

Order - the process of requesting the product on offer to you for purchase, this being the Complete Gardens CD-ROMs and products on the site, via the shopping cart system

Ordering - you are in the process of requesting the product on offer to you for purchase, this being the Complete Gardens CD-ROMs and products on the site, via the shopping cart system but have not got to the stage of making payment for this product

Customer testimonials and product reviews on this website have been written by their respected creator and have given to us and us only the right to use them and publish them on this website.

6. Contact

In contacting us via e-mail or by use of the online contact form all details must be correct for us to be able to reply to your submission. If your details are not correct we may not reply to your submission. All methods of contacting us cannot be abused, if you are found to be abusing them we will not reply to you and may block you from using them.

7. Buying

7.1. Shipping

In buying the Complete Gardens CD-Rom you agree to the shipping and refund terms and conditions outlined below and repeated on the shipping and refund pages.

Deliveries

We can deliver any item within UK & N.Ireland by:
First Class Royal Mail for small packages
TNT next day, before noon delivery for larger orders
All other deliveries including offshore please call 01865 512561.

7.2. Refunds

Returns are permitted in the following cases:
If the CD-ROM arrives damaged and unusable please report this immediately to your post office. Please obtain proof of damage from the Post Office and return the goods to Complete Gardens CD-ROM Ltd for a free replacement. We try to ensure that the CD-ROM arrives in good order. The CD's are sent by first class post, in a padded envelope and will have proof of dispatch. We apologise for any inconvenience for the rare occasions when damage occurs whilst in transit.

If you think that the CD-ROM has a manufacturing fault, please contact us on 01865 512561. If the CD-ROM proves to have a manufacturing fault, we will replace the CD-ROM for free.

7.3. The Shopping Cart

When you click to buy anything from the Complete Gardens CD-ROM Ltd. online shop, you will be asked to fill out the details necessary to complete your order. The payment will be processed either by Protx or PayPal depending on your choice. All required information needs to be submitted if it is not your order cannot be processed. Your personal information or online payment processing uses SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

7.4. Payments

Payments for orders are done through Protx and PayPal. Payments need to be made at the time of ordering the Complete Gardens CD-Rom to complete the order transaction. If a payment is not made during the order process your order will be unsuccessful and you will have to start the process again.
