Refunds

 

Returns are permitted in the following cases:

1. If the CD-ROM arrives damaged and unusable please report this immediately to your post office. Please obtain proof of damage from the Post Office and return the goods to Complete Gardens CD-ROM Ltd for a free replacement.

 

We try to ensure that the CD-ROM arrives in good order. The CD's are sent by first class post, in a padded envelope and will have proof of dispatch.

We apologise for any inconvenience for the rare occasions when damage occurs whilst in transit. 

2. If you think that the CD-ROM has a manufacturing fault, please contact us on 01865 512561.

If the CD-ROM proves to have a manufacturing fault, we wil replace the CD-ROM for free.

3. If you damage or break the CD-ROM, please contact us so we can discuss a replacement CD-ROM.
