can anybody identify this plant, i saw in spain it has a velverty feel to it and it looks kind of a buddhlia.

i saw it in spain, i am sure is a buddlhia family it has a very velvety feel to it

You haven't given us much to go on, anahieea. How tall was it and what were the leaves like? How similar is the flower to that of the Buddleja, and was it flowering in early or late summer?
