spring bulbs

Is it too late to plant spring bulbs? Last autumn I brought hundreds of crocus and daffodil bulbs but due to ill health was unable to plant them out. They were kept in the dark but have now sprouted. If I leave them till this autumn will they dry out so should I plant them out now. Any advice?

Hi Lotte,
I would plant them. They won't flower this year but will come up next year and flower OK, if you leave them till the back end they will dry out and die.
