Can anyone identify this beautiful small yellow heartshaped leaved plant with small yellow flowers. The Primula beside it gives the idea of scale.

From the shamrock shaped leaves and the shape of the flowers it looks like a yellow Oxalis. There are plenty with yellow flowers but i could only find this picture with yellow leaves:

So Birmingham asks us to identify a plant and then identifies it??
I was so mesmerized by the picture that i didn't see the answer at the top:)
