I've had an Aloe Vera plant now for about 3 years and she has always grown straight. The last couple of weeks she (lol it's a girl and named it... how sad) has been starting to twist a lot . The only thing I have done differnt is spray the leafs, could this be the reason?

Yes, houseplants can be discussed here, SLH! :)
I don't know a whole lot about Aloe Vera but I think some twisting of the leaves is normal. Maybe the plant is just maturing? Anyway, if it's otherwise looking healthy, it should be okay. Someone else may know better, of course!
