Does anyone know how much (g) rocket you could yield from 10g of seeds??

Going on info from the Hessayon book on vegetables, I'd say that one gram of rocket seeds should amount to about 250-ish seeds. If they all grew well, each plant would get to about 80cm high and about 50cm wide. I don't know what the weight would be, but you'd end up with a fair bit of rocket.
