If anyone wants any of the clones from the picture just let me know and I will post you some out .There are lots of them so there's plenty to go round. If you don't have heated soil and artificial light, you can still grow them easily by potting them up and sticking them inside on the kitchen windowsill. Whilst the leeks are primarily for exhibition work they will make good eating as well.

They do look a little odd (like Ken Dodd's Tickling stick) but they are all clones of the parent and so will make good quality leeks. At this stage in growth they call them "Grass" sounds a little dodgy but they are just leeks. I cannot tell anyone the cultivar because I was made to promise not to reveal too much about them, but I can say they are a re selection of a very well known cultivar and as such they are not available from seed or young plant companies, they usually get grown on for a month and then they are sold off for £1 per stem!!!http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa156/diggerevans/leeksandsally005.jpg
