My Hamamelis x intermedia 'Pallida' has decided to flower already. I'm sure it wasn't this early last year.
Last year the shrub gave a lovely display of yellow autumn leaves yet this year despite most of the other shrubs giving a spectacular display of colour my hamamelis leaves just turned brown.
Knowing me I'll try to get a photo to show you.

Do any of you also have unusually early flowering plants?

I still have plants in flower that should have finished flowering at least a couple of months ago (Bidens 'Golden Eye' and annual Begonias). A spring flowering Kerria Japonica that appeared in the garden earlier this year has also come into flower over the last week.

We still have roses on the go. They're flowering more now than they were a couple of months ago. I've read about daffodils flowering at the moment, down south.
