One of my customers had a lawn which was filled with moss and clover, and spoiled an otherwise tidy garden. She contacted Green Thumb (http://www.greenthumb.co.uk/index.html) who came a few weeks ago to treat the lawns. Now as far as I can tell, they've treated the lawns with granular fertiliser as the moss is still there, however the grass has come on in leaps and bounds. Whilst my other lawns have just about stopped growing, these are lush and green. I don't know what they used, it certainly wasn't common or garden Weed & Feed that you and I can buy. I see their website mentions 'Nutragreen'. They are returning at the end of October for further treatment. No thatch removal or aeration yet. No idea as to the cost. Interesting.

Never trust anyone with Green Thumbs!!!!!
Maybe they use majic!!!!!
or the fairies look after the problem during the night time????????

You were lucky and saw success.
My neighbour had them round, cut the grass and applied the majic potion.
Then the sun came out for a zillion weeks, didn't rain, he didn't water it and the morning dew burned the lawn to bits!!!!!!

\talk about starting from a blamk canvas......
