Unseasonal flowering

We've flowers opening on the Bramley's Seedling apple and Clematis 'Warwickshire Rose', which flowered in late spring, has opened a few as well.

It hasn't happened this year, but last year the fox gloves put out new flowers in autumn.

Has anyone else got plants flowering out of season?

It was about this time last year that the spring flowering Wiegela flowered again and when we reduced the height of it at the weekend there were a few new flowers on the tips but not as much as last year. Apart from that everything else seems to be normal here.
