Hi everyone. My wife is anxious to find a supplier of what she calls ' Harlequin Roses' ie roses which have differing coloured flowers on one plant. Can anyone help please ???
Many thanks :confused::rolleyes:

Sorry I can't help you, Peter, but you could try contacting a rose society, or this site: http://www.roselocator.com.

A couple of possibilities for you, Peter -
Rosa 'Disneyland', which blooms shades of apricot, orange, pink, and yellow, all at the same time. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/97663/
Rosa 'Joseph's Coat' - similar to 'Disneyland', but with more red and pink. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/367/
Rosa 'Happy Chappy' - single-flowered, ground cover type in pink, apricot and orange. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/130250/

Miranda...I guess you have been poring over your book collection and webs sites :)... The roses you gave as possibilites were very similar to the ones that my wife remembers from her mothers garden..They definitly had differing coloured roses but on one root ...I think maybe it might have been an old hybrid which is no longer available over here as I see that ' Dave's Garden' is located in the States :confused:.. Never mind....thanks for your efforts...I think I will just have to swallow the bullet and buy her 6 different roses instead.. :D
