When I was in San Diego, on the Pacific coast of California, last year, I was knocked out at the Jacaranda trees which grew everywhere, so I've been reading up about them. Apparently these are easily propogated from seed and to start off, should be grown in a pot. Because they are frost tender, they should be brought into a greenhouse at least for the first year of it's life. I'm planning to bring it in every winter until such time it doesn't fit anymore. I've put a bid on ebay for forty seeds and as I won't want a forest, hands up who wants some seeds?:D
