new user/adding plants/loyalty updates

Hi Neil. A new user, like the style of the CD, I think it will be very useful. However, since we have a large garden, that we're continually adding to, unless I can add for my own information, at least brief details of the plants I already have, particularly months when they need attention, this will limit the usefulness of the CD.
I do understand the need to keep the info on your CD manageable in size, but coudn't there perhaps be a blank 'form' or 'table' that users could complete with brief details for each of their own plants, with or without boxes to upload pictures to?
As an example of the problem, the first plant I tried to record was a new daphne mezereum I have just bought, which I think is the most common daphne, but it appears that both the daphnes you have recorded are evergreens, so I would need to read through everything I can find on all three to see where the similarities and differences are.
Also you mention loyalty CDs - do I need those to add on to my basic one, and if so how do I get them?
Sorry for the load of questions and suggestions, but many thanks anyway for the superb detail and photographs, hopefully I will find a way to use it fully.

Now I understand some of the previous posts! As a retired lady, I'm definately not a junior member, but there seems no way to stop that coming up as the membership description.

We are aware that we are about 68,000 plants short of what's available and the list keeps growing as the growers come up with new varieties.
What we have tried to do is to add a wide genere as possible.
Select the nearest plant on the CD and add your own personal notes. It's not a perfect solution but does allow you to add the name and notes of your plant variety.
For those who wish to have more plants they can buy 'Loyalty' CD's
We have just produced a CD with 3,000 plants priced £34.95. However for for customers who have already bought a previous CD, they can purchase the latest CD for only £11.75.
The latest CD replaces your current CD and all your notes and plant lists appear as normal.
We suggest that you keep your original just in case of problems backing up notes if your computer throws a wobbly.
The Loyalty have improved functions, more plants and images. plus it allows us to keep up with plant name changes, make any correction and add more info when we can.
